Welcome to the first Zurich Pediatric Transplant Symposium which will take place on Friday, 19 June 2026 at the University Children’s Hospital in Zurich.

The focus of the symposium is on post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease (PTLD) which remains a serious complication of immunosuppression in children.

This meeting encourages collaboration and knowledge exchange among colleagues from Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and beyond.

The Gastro Weekend is a unique learning experience for residents and fellows, focusing on relevant problems in clinical practice, led by experts in this field.

Our biannual symposia ensure continous training and evidence based up-to-date care for our patients.

For the Spring Meeting 2026 the team from Zurich will be presenting two very interesting and timely talks:

To celebrate our societies 30th birthday, there will be a special edition of Pediatrica (the journal of the Swiss Society of Pediatrics) on Pediatric Gastroenterology

Our members are actively involved in national and international congress.
